Changed site theme to restrict next / previous post navigation to the same category as the post being shown. Keeps blog, holiday and site update post navigation properly separate.

Updated menu settings to ensure all items are hidden from non-logged in users. All they should see is the login/register form.
Did the same for widgets in the main menu (required two new widgets).
Image issues resolved
Today I enlisted the help of someone from the bluehost helpdesk. I have been struggling to upload images larger than about 200k without error. As a consequence I have been compressing perfectly good photos in order to upload them and the results have been far from satisfactory. My issues are now resolved (fingers crossed) so I can use original size images. Over time, I will slowly replace compressed images in older posts and pages.
