On the second floor, there is a small room of about 3.85m x 3.5m at the top of the stairs. We are looking into the possibility of making this into a kitchenette so that people using the living room could get a cold beer or make a coffee without having to go downstairs.
There are potential issues in that the ceiling is low in places and it is a bit gloomy as it only has one window.
