On the second floor there is a massive tripple aspect room of 5.25m x 8.3m currently characterised as an attic (soffita). We think this could be turned into a fabulous living room.
Most of the pictures below are from the viewing and you will see that it was basically used as a room for storing junk.
Now cleared of junk
The current floor is rather uneven, but has original tiles as per the other rooms on this floor. There is a step down into this room from the hallway.
We have not yet decided whether to renovate the existing floor or to lay a wooden floor above existing one at the hight of the hallway.
