Kitchenette

When we bought the house, this seemed to be a room with no purpose. It is height restricted and has a single small window.

We decided to make a small basic kitchen in this room. Guests on the second floor could make their morning coffee here without needing to go downstairs. It could also house a fridge close to the living room: handy for keeping wine and beer closer to the point of consumption. We decided to include a hob but no oven. So, at a push, you could prepare a meal up here.
